• Final cleaning: no final cleaning charges will be applied if the apartment is returned clean and in good order at the end of your stay.
• A deposit equal to 25-30% of the total due is required to confirm a booking. The remaining amount is expected to be paid the evening before departure, preferably in cash
• Cancellation: guests will be charged a fine in case of delay or should they fail to arrive. To avoid such inconveniences, we recommend taking out a travel insurance
• Arrivals/departures:
  On the day of arrival: the apartment will be available from 3.00 pm.
  On the day of departure: the apartment must be vacated by no later than 10.00 am
• Check-in:please go to the Hotel Pra Palmer Bed & Breakfast reception desk to collect your keys.
• Small pets: are accepted upon prior agreement, on the condition that they are quiet, clean, and that their owners keep an eye on them
• Smoking: all the apartments are non-smoking areas.
